Shina is a Learning & Development Consultant passionate about helping professionals and businesses unlock their full potential. With over 10 years of experience in corporate training, workforce development, and career coaching, I’ve worked across industries like oil & gas, HR consulting, and finance, designing programs that drive real impact.

Beyond corporate training, I’m also the Co-founder of Techmaestro, where we equip professionals with in-demand tech skills like DevOps and Product Ownership, connecting them to global job opportunities. I’m also proud to be the Convener of Careermatics, an initiative that has provided free employability programs to young professionals in subsea engineering, HR, and many other sectors, helping them navigate their careers with confidence.

 

Lolu obtained both Bachelors and Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Covenant University and Dalhousie University (Honours) respectively.

Lolu transitioned to DevOps Engineering, And has consulted for Tech Startups and Management consulting companies in Toronto, Canada and Silicon Valley, USA.

Beyond being an Engineer, Lolu is the co-founder of TechMaestro where he drives the vision of the digital Tech Academy through the path of Imagination,Innovation and attaining Knowledge. Lolu is an entrepreneur and has experience in both Real Estate and Logistics Sectors.

Goodluck is a dedicated DevSecOps Engineer with years of experience in cloud security, automation, and system optimization. He has a strong background in the financial services sector, ensuring secure and efficient infrastructure. Passionate about innovation, he integrates security into CI/CD pipelines, reducing deployment risks. His expertise spans AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes, driving resilient systems.
Beyond tech, he mentors and leads cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
 

Tobi is a results-driven Senior Product Manager/Owner with expertise in product strategy, agile execution, and customer-centric innovation across multiple industries like Agritech, FinTech, Ed-tech, E-commerce, Inventory, Service Exports, Flight & Tourism, Waste Management, Fashion & Style, Blogging/Media-Logistics. As the Founder of Products & People, he empowers businesses and professionals through tailored product training, coaching, and consulting.

He has trained professionals at Phillips Consulting, Rekrut Consulting, Utiva, Soft Alliance, Tangerine APT Pensions, CyberPay, Transcorp Group, PLLI, Heirs Group, ALAT Wema Bank, Jaiz Bank, and more.
